Think like a hacker, act like a professional

Security is not an afterthought for me. It's how I look at every system. I'm best at finding vulnerabilities in websites, and preventing them in what I build myself.

Track record

Municipal hackathon

Participated in a hackathon organized by a Dutch municipality. There, hackers search for vulnerabilities in real systems, with permission and within clear boundaries.

Deloitte CTF

Participant in Deloitte's Capture The Flag competition, focusing on security challenges in web, network, and reverse engineering.

Responsible disclosure

Together with others, I found a vulnerability in a system used by multiple municipalities, and we reported it properly. This prevented anyone from exploiting it. Report first, never disclose prematurely. My name is in the Hall of Fame of the Information Security Service.

Bug bounties

In my free time, I hunt for bugs within bug bounty programs, especially in web applications, where companies invite hackers to test their systems under clear rules.

// methodology

Always within the rules

Hacking only works if it stays clean. That's why I stick to three rules. First permission: I only test systems for which I have permission, or a public bug bounty program. Report, don't abuse: if I find something, it goes immediately and confidentially to the owner, with an explanation and a tip on how to fix it. Keep quiet: I never disclose details about a leak without the organization's permission.

I carry that mindset into all my work. Anyone who connects an AI agent to their phone, calendar, and customer data must be able to trust that this connection does not become a backdoor. That's why I first think about what an attacker could do with each design, and only then do I build.

Practice as a learning school

CTFs, bug bounties and hacking events keep knowledge sharp. The security landscape changes every month, so standing still is not an option.

What does this mean for you?

I check your website or workplace for vulnerabilities, and I immediately build your AI integrations securely. Practical, in plain language, without thick reports.
